The River View Ranch operates on 200,000 acres of land in two different counties in northern Utah. Nearly 150,000 acres of the ranch are near Grouse Creek in Northwestern Utah located along the Utah/Nevada border. The winter range encompasses around 50,000 acres near Vernon, Utah.
